Siri Chatbot Improvements

If i could improve my chatbot I would...

• Make the answers more accurate to people's questions 
• Add different languages
• Make it seem more like a normal conversation
• Add images, videos etc. 
• Add an avatar that could be 'siri' 
• Add a voice

The difference between open ended and close ended questions:
Close ended questions have a limited amount of answers while an open ended question has a variety of answers and can be answered with any answer.
